Redwoods in Stout Grove near Crescent City California

It is truly hard to fathom the size and the beauty of the redwood trees. These were taken on a very remote, barely passable road. It is called Stouts Grove. I couldn't believe all the clover and ferns that grow profusely in the shadows of the redwoods. We also visited Lady Bird Johnson's grove today, but alas, forgot the camera, so I didn't get photos of the really large ones. "One touch of nature makes the whole world kin." Shakespeare
